WARRANTY INFORMATION
Transformer Warranty: (Enhance Mobility)>p> Each Transformer Scooter has just issued a 24-month warranty on electrical components and a limited lifetime coverage on framework of the scooter. Applies to original purchaser only for any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorized representative of Transformer Scooter to be defective in material and/or workmanship:
All electronic parts, including controllers and battery chargers, have a one (1) year warranty. Servicing to the Scooter must be carried out by a Authorized Transformer Scooter Technician at the customers expense. Any attempt to open or dismantle these items renders the guarantee void on that item.
Structural frame components, including: Platform ,Fork,Seat Post, Frame Weld, Drivetrain. SIX-MONTH WARRANTY:
The batteries are covered by a separate six (6) month warranty, provided by the battery manufacturer.
Transformer-Solax Returns Policy
We understand that sometimes you receive an item that is not right for you. If you need to make a return you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your item. The customer is responsible for return shipping and a 20% restocking fee will be applied.
The item must be in new condition – no damage, no scratches, etc. – with original packaging and all parts and accessories.
• A Return Authorization (RA) must be requested from LIfestyle Mobility Scooters within 7 days of the date of the order
• Once the RA has been received from Lifestyle Mobility Scooters, you will receive instructions where to return the scooter.
The 20% re-stocking fee is on the total purchase price of the order, including service plan. • You can expect a refund within 5-7 days of our receiving and completing an inspection on your returned product.
Accessories cannot be returned
If delivery of an item is refused, outward & return shipping costs are deducted from the issued credit and a 25% restocking fee will apply. Note: A Return will not be accepted or eligible for a refund if a chargeback and/or a cancellation is made by customer during a return in transit or before an inspection is made of the return item/items.
