Customer is responsible fo outbound shipping cost and safe return of the product to Freerider USA with an Authorized Return Authorization. All is said above , Refunds will only be provided if the product is packaged complete, unused and undamaged after a returned item/items have been inspected. Any damages are subject to addtional fees.
The customer will be responsible for returning to the manufacturer with an authorized RA Number/Numbers assigned as said above.
•Product/Products must be in new condition. Once inspected, refunds are made 7-10 business days from the date of return and acceptance from shipper.
Product/Products must be returned in its original packaging. ARMA must be requested from the Dealer/FreeRiderUSA within 5 business days of receiving of the product. No exceptions.
Once an RMA has been generated, products must be returned within 14 business days.
Damaged parts will be deducted from your refund. All returned products require a Return Authorization number from the Dealer first.
Products returned without an RMA number will not be credited.
Note: Upon your delivery; If you discover a fault or a defect in a product that was delivered to you please notify the Dealer immediately. You are entitled to have the item/items repaired or replaced and shipped back to you free of charge – provided you did not cause the damage. Please do not attempt to make any adjustments to any such product, as then it is considered compromised and it will immediatley Void the Warranty and be ineligible for a Refund. Freerider will just have to receive the Product/Product returned back before any replacement/replacements can be sent back to you.
