We understand that sometimes you receive an item that is not right for you. If you need to make a return you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your item. The customer is responsible for return shipping and a 20% restocking fee will be applied.
• The item must be in new condition with no damages, no scratches, etc. with original packaging and all parts and accessories.
• A Return Authorization (RA) must be requested from Lifestyle Mobility Scooters within 7 days of delivery. Accessories cannot be returned
• Once the RA has been received from Lifestyle Mobility Scooters, you will receive instructions where to return the scooter.
• You can expect a refund within 7-10 days of our receiving and completing an inspection on your returned product.
If delivery of an item is refused, outward & return shipping costs are deducted from the issued credit and a 25% restocking fee will apply.
